Appointments
New patients please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time for paper work. After your initial visit, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. We do our best to see you in a timely manner when you come in for your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call our office as soon as possible to reschedule. We ask that patients kindly give 3 business days notice if they are unable to keep a reserved appointment.

Insurance and Billing
Our office accepts a variety of different insurance carriers. Please call our office and our staff will help determine your dental benefit as estimated by your insurance carrier.

Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and most credit cards. As a courtesy, we will also file your primary and secondary dental insurance for you.

Financing Options
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. If payment arrangements are needed, please let us know. Any arrangements needed must be approved prior to receiving service. Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
